What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
  • Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
  • Accurately process orders and handle payments using point-of-sale systems.
  • Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Check identification and support responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen, restaurant, and hotel team members to support efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in bartending, food and beverage service, or a similar guest-facing role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, hospitality-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, responsible alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent service.

Additional Information

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly in a busy service area, and lift or carry moderate weight as needed. Candidates must be able to meet the requirements of responsible alcohol service and comply with all company policies and applicable regulations.

Hospitality Expectations

Our hotels operate seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. All associates are expected to support a professional, welcoming, and service-focused environment at all times. Scheduling and responsibilities may vary based on business and operational needs.
